Delete account

Delete your Makeet account from the app, or contact support if you cannot access it. Signing out alone does not delete the account.
In the app
Open Connections, find Account, choose Delete account and confirm. A connection is required. The app confirms only after the service has deleted the account; if Apple authorization cannot be revoked, retry when the service is available.
What is removed
Successful deletion removes your provider-linked account, synchronized habits and activity records, sessions and push registrations from the service. The active device clears its account archive. Restricted backup copies rotate within 30 days. Other offline devices may retain their cached copies until opened or erased.
What stays separate
A local archive used without an account and calendar events already created are separate. Delete local habits or remove events in your calendar if you also want to erase them. Deleting Makeet does not delete your Apple or Google account.
If you cannot sign in
Write to support@makeet.app requesting Makeet account deletion and identify the sign-in provider. Do not send passwords or tokens. Support may request a proportionate verification of ownership. Privacy rights and retention details are described in the privacy notice.
